GetCited is a software-as-a-service platform that generates AI-optimized FAQ content for websites. The Service analyzes URLs, performs keyword research, and creates FAQ content designed to improve visibility in AI search engines.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire
• One credit processes one URL
• Credits are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• Refunds are available within 7 days if less than 10% of credits have been used
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit URLs you do not have permission to optimize
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated content without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GetCited. Content generated through the Service is licensed to you for use on the websites you specify. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit to the Service.

7. Content Disclaimer

FAQ content is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content is error-free, factually accurate, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
